Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Pinch of ground nutmeg

Directions:

In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until it starts to steam.
Add the turmeric, cinnamon, honey, ginger, and nutmeg, and whisk to combine.
Continue to heat the mixture, whisking occasionally, until it’s heated through and the flavours have melded together, about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
Pour the sleep elixir into a mug and drink it warm before bed.
